Each installment first shaN be.applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid batan~e of
the principa! sum. If dafault is made in the payment of any installment when due, then as the option of the holder,
and witi~wut any other n~tice, all the re!naining'installments sha14 be due and payable at once. Privileg~ is given
to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend the time of matutity of
any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any defaulf in an~
paym~nt herec>n, sh~ll be deerned exrension.
Each m~ke~, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest end
notice of proteat for non-payment, and f~~rther agrees to any extensian af time o; payment, either before or after
maturity, without notite ta any of us; and to pay aIJ costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the
event of any default hereunder, and he~eby severally waives 'al! benefit of homestead and exemption under th~
Constitution and iaws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension or renewal
hereof.
