WHEREAS, the St. Luci~ Coun~.y Planning anc~ Zoninq Cotn,~nis-
sion, after holdiny a public hearing of ti~hich 3ue notice caas pub-
lished at least fifteen {15) days prior ta said hearing and all
property owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hear-
ing, nas recommended to the Bt~ard af County Commissioners of St.
L~~cie County th~~ ~.h~ hereinafter described requests for a chang~
in zoning classific~tions be granted; and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioner~ held a public
hearing on said recanunendations on June 22, 1965, after first pub-
lis~ing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 7~h day
of June, 1965, said date being at Ieast fifteen (15) ~1ays pric~r to
th~ date of said hearing:
