QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INT~ENTURE, made this ~ day of , A. D. I465,
by and between the FLORIDA STATE TURNPIKE AUTHORITY, as party of the
first part, and the N~RTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DLSTR.IGT, as party
af the s~corrd part.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described was heretafore acquired
for Florida State Turnpike purposes; and,
WHEREAS, said land is no longer required for such purposes, and ttie
party of the first part, by Authority action on May 10, 19f~5, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 34~3, 06, F. S. A. , has agreed to r~uitclaim the land herein-
after describe~ to the party of the second part:
NOW, THEREFORE, 'THIS INDEIVTURE WITNESSETH: That the party
of the ~irst part, for and zx~ consideration of the premises and the surn of One
Dollar and other valuable considerations tio it paid by the party of the second
part, the receipt of which is hereby acknc~wledged, does nereby remise, release
and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, its successors ancl assigns,
£~rever, all the right, title and interest af the ~`lorida State Turnpike Au~hority
in and to thP following described real property, situate, lying and being in the
Caunty of St. Lucie in the State of Florida, to-wit:
A strip of land y4 feet in width, lying and being in Sections 24
and 25 af Township 35 South, Range 39 F•a~t. Said strip being
rnoxe paxticularly described as being al1 those lands lying withi.n
y~~},3 ~v~,~;~ 47 feet, each side, af the follawing described centerline. Said
centerline beirig the centerline of relocated Canal C-40 and
being located and described as follows:

Commence on the west boundary of said Seetion 25, 'I' 35 S,

corner of said Section 25. Thence run N 89° 49~ 19" E 665. 0

Lyuig in and being a part of St. Lucie County, Florida and
