CUNTRRCT FOR A DEED .
THIS ZND$NTC)'RE, made this 8th day of December, 1958, between
CAREL TNVESTORS, ZNC., a FZorida corporation, hpreir.=fter referrec~ to
as the first party ~nd MANNIE L. HOLMBS, JR. and JEAL~ HOLMFS, his
wife, hereinafter referred to as the second p~rties,
WITNESSETH, that th~ first party agrees t;+ deliver to the
second parties a goad and sufficient Warranty Deed :h~ below '
described property after the second parties have ~omplet~.~ ~nd ful-
filied all the obligations hereinafter set out.
2'he first party hereby acknvwledges receipt of SEVENTY FI~7E
DOLLARS ($75.00) as a deposit towarci the purchase of the below des-
cribed property. The balance of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED ~'IFTEEN
DOLLARS ($1, 3I5.OC~) will be pai~ at the rate of $17.50 per month
including int~.erest. The interest will be six per cent {69b) per
annum. Upon completi~n of the above described conditians, the
firs~ party wi11 deliver the deed as stat~d ~bove ta ~he East 100
feet of the West 273.12 feet, the Sauth one-half af Lot 97, GARDEN
CITY F~tMS, of ~ection 5, Township 35 South of Range 40 East, as
ger plat thereof on file.in Plat Book 2, at page 5, ot the public

The second parties further agxee to pay ~11 assessm~nts
