CONTRACT FOR A DRED
THIS INDBNTURE, made this 12th day o~ Janu ~ry, 1959, between
CARBL INVgSTORS, SNC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referr~d
to as the first party and JOHN B. HOLMffi and G~NEVA B. HOLM.SS, his
wife, hereinafter referred ~o as the second parties.
WITNESSETH, that the first party agrees to deliver to the
second parties a good and sufficient Warranty Deed to the below
described property after the second parties have completed and ful-
filled all the obligations hereinafter set out.
The first party hereby acknowledges re~eipt af ONE HUNDRED
NIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) as a deposit toward the purchase of the below
described property. The balance of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUND~tED DOLLARS,
($2p 10U.00) will be pa~!d at the rate nf $2U.00 per manth including
interest. The inter~st wi11 be six per cent (6%) per annum.
Upon completion of the above de~cribed Gonditions, the first party
will deliver the deed as stated above to the East 145.12 ~eet of
the West 173.1"l feet of ~he NQrth one-half o~ Lot 97, GARDEN CITY
FARMS, of Section 5, Township 35 ~outh af Range 40 East, as per plat
thereof on file in Pl.at Baok 2, at page 5, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
. Pre-payment privilege granted.
'The second parties further agree to pay all assessn~ents and
taxe~ which may be levied agal.nst th~ above de~cribed property. In
the event that the second parties fail to make t?ie payments as out-
liraed above or to pay the t~es as outlineci abo~ie within ~hirty (30)
days after becoming due, thsn in that event, this contract and
