HOI.ML.S and GENEVA B. HOLMES, his wif~, hereinafter re£erred to as the second parties. WITNFSS~TH, that the first party agxees to deliver to the second part3es a good and sufficient Warranty Deed to the beZow described property after the second parties have completed and fulfilled all the obligatians hereinafter set out. The ~irst party hereby acknowledges receipt of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) as a deposit toward the purchase of the below describ~d px~aperty. 'Zhe balance Qf ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,350.00) will be gaid at the rate of $20.00 per month including interest. The interest will be six per c~nt (696) per anxYUm. Upon completion of the above describerl canditions, the first party will deliver the deed as stated above to the ~ast 100.00 feet of tYie W~st 273.12 feet of tihe North one--half af I,~t 97, GARDEN CITY FAP.I~iS, of Section 5, Townshi~ 35 5outh of Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Baok 2, at page 5, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Pre--payment pr~vilege grant~d. ~he second partfes further agree ta pay all assessments and taxes which may be levied against th2 above described property.
