above described for. the sum of Ten Thous and Nine Hundred Dallars
($1(3,900.00), conditioned upon certain payrnents being made by the
s aid ROBERT JEFF ADAMS and GENEVA ADAMS, his wife; and
WH$REAS, tYxe s aid P& J CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, I~TC. , a
Flarida corporation by Warranty Deed dated October 17, 1963 and
recorded October 18, 1963 in Off~cial Record Book 73, page 70, of -
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveyed to
W. J. PIOWATY the said 50 feet above described; and
WHEREAS, all the parties hereto a~knawledge and agree that
the said 50 feet abave described shauld have been de~crib~d as the
East 50 feet of the west 497.88 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 9'7,
GARDEN CITY F'~RMS, P1at Book 2, page 5, of the public r~cords of
~t. Luc~.e Countiy, Florida, less the South 25 fe~t thereof for road
right of way.
IT IS HEREBY AiGREED by and between the undersigned parties
~.hat the aforementioned instrumente shall have the descriptiori
corrected by the execution and recording of this instrument and
that said new descrip~ion shall carrect the origirial descrip~ion in
each of said instrument~ as fully as ~f originally set out anew in
ea~h instrument described herein.
