for more than twenty (2~) years prior to the making of this Affidavit,
and that he is familiar with that certain Warranty Deed filed Jan. 9,
~ 1946, from George Mackey and Emma Mackey, his wife, to Abram Sum~~er

ana Rannie Sembler, to the following described property:

And that he is familiar wi.th Abe Sumler and Rarinie Sumler, who
deeder~ the above described property ~o John P. Hoke and Mildred Hoke,
his wife, by Warranty Deed filed April 28, 1965 and r~corded in O. R.
Book 11.6, Page 456, Saint Lucie County Records, and that the Grantors
in the second Deed are one and the same as th~ Grantees in ~che first
Deed described herein and that the corrECt spelling of the last name
is in fact SUMLER ,~nd that the name that is spelled in the first
Deed n~entioned herein is incorrect.
