said agreement encumbering real property in said State and County d?scribed
as follaws, ta wit:

recorded in Plat Book 7 at page 15 of the public records af St.
Lucie County, Florida, said lot lying in and comprising a part
of the 1VW4 of SE4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40
East. i C~GETHER with all furnishing situate in the dwelling
thereon.
hereby acknowledges futl payment and satisfactiori of said ir~debtedness ancl agree-
ment, and does riereby surrender the same as cancelled and hereby directs the
Clerk of Circuit Court to cancel same of record. This satisfacti~n of indebtedness
is being executed to correct a satisfaction previously recorded ir. Satisfaction
Book 67, page 433 in ~i~hich the mortgage Book was given as ?9 instead of Martgage
Book 7 3.
