THIS INDENTURE, made this day of , A. D. 1965,
by ~d between the NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAIN , GE DLSTRICT, as party
; pf the first part, and the FL.C)RID.A STATE TURNPIKE AUTHORITY, as party
of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
W HEREAS, the iand hPreinafter described was heretofore acquired
, for North St. Lucie River Drainage District nurposes; and,
, WHEREAS, said land is no longer required for such purposes, and
~ the party of the first part, by l~istrict action on June 1965 Pursuant to
: the pravisi~ns of Section , has agreed to quitclaim the land

NOW, THE`~tEFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the pxernises ancl the surn af Une
Dollar and other valuable consicierations to it paid by the party of the second
paxt, the receip# of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, re- ,
lease and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, its successors and as-
signs, forever, all the righ~, title and interest of the North St. Lucis River
Drainage District in and to the follawing descxibed real property, situate,
lyiang and heing in the C~unty of St. Lucie in the Sia.te of Florida, to-wit:
The west 95 feat af the east 120 xeet of that
part of Section 26, T 3~ S, R 39 E, lying
noxth of Tecc~ile Creek.
Containing 6, 63 acres, more or less.
Also
The west 95 feet of the east 120 feet of
rhat part of Sectxon 23, T 35S, R 39 E,
