SWEET PRODUCTS CO., a California carporation qualified to do business in
the State nf Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor", and 01 GIORGIO CORPO-
RATION, dib/a 01 GIORGIO FRUIT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation qualified j

feet to a point on the West line of a 60 foat wide road; I
