For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcniion, to the order of HARRiS '
CONSTRUCTION CORPOitAT10N, at their office in Fort Pierce, Ftorida, the sum of 5,942~78'*??'# with

Each installment first shail be appl~ied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance of 1
the principal sum. If datault is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the optian of the holder,
and withaut any other notice, all the remaining installments shelb be due and p~yable at once. Pr9vilege is giver~
to pay two or more installments at any inst~llment maturity date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity c~f
any s~bsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the hoider hereof after any default in any
payment hereon, sha!! be deemed extensian.
