E A S E M E N T
THIS EASF~M.ENT made this 16th d~y af June, ~.965, by
W. W. CARLTON, a single adu3t, hereinafter called the Grantor,
and BAItNETTE E. ~F.ENE, JR. andfor assigns, hereinafter called
tY~e Grantee:
W ITNESSETH:
That the Grantvr, f or and in the considerati~n af the
sum of One ($1.00} Dollar and other gaod and valuable consider~-
tions, receipt whereaf is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants,
conveys and confir ms unto the Grantee, an easement for the purpose
of cnnfitructing, using, maintaa.ning and operating a road for
traffic purposes without restrictions, together with the right
and license to use roads, existing ox hereinafter ~o be constructed
over and upon the following described property in Saint Lucie
County, State of Flarida, to-wit :
Ca) A parcel of land 25 feet in ~ridth extending
15 feet on each side of the following
described centerline; Beginning at a po~nt
19 feet East and 144 feet North of the North
~ 1~4 corner of Section 4, Township 37' South,
Range 38 East. Thence run Westerly 7870.51
feet, more or less, to a point Dn ~he West
line af Section 32, Townshap 36 S~uth, Range
38 East, which paint i~ 45 feet North of the
Southwest corner of Section 32.
(b) A parcel of land 30 feet in width extending
along the entire tyestern edge of Section ~2,
Township 36 South, Rang~ 38 East to a goint
where such parcel of land intersects the
parcel of land described in Section (a) above. .
This Easement is not exclusi~~e but may be used in
common by the parties hereto, their heirs and assigns.
