• That ENOLA M. CHAPMAN, a widow and LAWRENCE T. CHAPMRN, joined
by his wife NETTIE P. CHAPMAN, hereizafter re£erred as Assignars in
consideration of the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLI~RS ($B,OOO.t~O), pay='

F'IVE THOUS~TD DOLLA,RS ($5,n00.QQ) in eash or its equivilenti and
the balance by a promisory note in the amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($3,000.00) payable on or before September 14, 1565, bearing interest
at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, to them in hand paid and deli.v-=
er~d respectively by JAMES C. SMITH, hereinafter referred to as Assignee,
at ar before the ensealing and delivery of these gres~nts, the receipt
whereof is herehy acknowledged and have granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and setover and by these presents dn grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and setover unto the said Assigne~ a
~ertain Contract of 5ale, bearing date of the 3rd. day of Novembe~,
1959, filed arcd recarded in Deed Book 252r page 606 of the Public
Reocrds af 5aint Lucie County, Florida, executed by and between the
Assigriors and Harris Construction Corporatian.
