be autnmatically enticled to membe~s}up and vaiag rights in an associacion of Owners to be formed Eor
the purpose of enforcing the eovenants and maintsiaing the high stsndgrds of Lxlce~vood Park. All own-
ers shall br ~atitled to equal rights in the use of streets, parlc areas, lakes and canals and aey other
use of property which shall be srt apart by thr Graacor aad be maincained by the Property Oaners As-
soriatian when formed or a corporace oc non-corporate organization. Grantee ~vill pay ~11 for each lat
to Grantor, his nomiaees or assigns, on F~bruary 1, of each year, said sum to be used for general
maint~nanre.
14. The Grantor reserves to itself the roads and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
servts the righc at ~ny time to dedicate all roads or ways shoan on Plat to public use ur to convey same

15. For tht breach of any of the above restcicsions, the Graatar shall be entitled to apply for relief
by inj~xn~tion in addition ~o any other remedy and failure of tht Grantor to enforce a restriction herein

16. All of the covenan~s and restrictions shall rennain in force uncil January 1, 1968, and shall be
