SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
WHEREAS, BLUE GOOSE GROWER3, INC.~ a Delaware corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Blue Goase", and Robert L. Fowler

hereinafter referx~ed to as "Martgagor" , have heretofore entered
into ar~ A~reement dated January 1, 1964 and recorded in
Official Records Book 97 , Page 485, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, the hereinabove described Agreement grants unto B1ue
Parcel 2 of
Goose a li~n on ~he real pr~op~rty described in/Appendix "A" which
is atta~hed hereto and made a part hereof for a11 purposes; and
WHEREAS, the hereinabove des~ribed Agreement provic3es among
other things fihat there shall be no encumbrances, liens or other
c~laim~ : against the craps now grdwin~ or hereinafter growing on
