inaurance or any part thereof msy be appiied by MortgaQee at ita option, either to the indebtedness hereby secured
or to the restoration or repair oi the property damaged.

if in the opir.ion ot Mortgagee, such measures or equipment are inadequate, the bIortgagar will upon ~vritten requeet
