SUBORnINATION OF AGREEMENT
Kt~OW ALL P~fEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
WHEREA5, BLUE G005E GROWERS, INC., a Delaware corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Blue Goose", and
Lawrence A. ~Prluc];.ent~haler and_ Nellie biuckenthaler, r,is wite~
herei~after refe~red to as "Mortgagor", have h~retofore entered
into an A~r~eement dated July 26, 1963, and recorded in
Official Records Book7~ , Page 3~2, Public Reeords of St. Lucie
County, florida; and
WHEREAS, the hereinabove described Agreement ~rants unto Blue
Goose a lien on the real property described i.n Appendix "A" which

WHEREAS, Mortga~ar has ~pplied to The Mutual Life Tnsurance

Company of Piew York, a New York carporation, hereinafter referred
to as r`ONY, for a mortga~e loan on the real property described in
Appendix "A", in the original principal amount of $ 100,000.QQ -
which mortga~e is dated June 1, 1.965 and recor~ed
under Clerk's No.: ~~~,,Z Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, MONY required that the lien of its mort~±age be a
first lien on the real property descrab~d in Appendix "A" and
has requested 81ue Goose to subordinate the terms and provisions
of the A~re~ment hereinabove described, including specifically
but not limited ~o those certain terms and provisions which,
respectively, therein ~rant a lien on the real prop~rty described
in Apgendix "A" and prohibit encumbrances, li~ns ar claims of
liens a~ainst the craps now g,rowi.r~g or hereinafter ~rowing on said

real property, to the lien of the above described mortgage;
