ship 35 South, Range 40 East, lying and being
in J. I. KELLEM'S SUBDIVISION as recorded in
Plat Baok 3, at page 85,
be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right of St. Lucie ~aunty and the public in and to the lands lying
within said right-of-way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a Notice of the ado~tion of this resolution shall
be published in the Fort Pierce N~ws Tribune one time within 30
days ~f the date hereof.
3. That the proof ot publication of the Notice of p~~blic
hearing, a certified copy of this resolution, and the proof o~
publication of the NoticP of adoption of this resolution be re-
carded in the deed r~cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
