ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this ~ day of May, 1965
between GEORGE D. STANLEY and LUCILLE P. STANLEY, his wife, paztie
of the first part, and FRANK SMITH, 101 South Twenty-ninth Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of Lhe second part,
WITNESSETH, that if the said party of the second part
sh~11 make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter men-
tioned on his part to be madz and performed, the said parties of
the £irst part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to
the said party of the second par~, his heirs, executors, adminis-
trators or assigns, in fee sianple, clear of all incumbrances what-
