That Mortgs~goz (i) will not comtnit or auffer w+aate oi t.he premiaes or impairment in any manner oi the agricultural value of the land and without limiting the generality of Lhe foreqoing, will cultiv~te, irrigate, fertilize, spray, prune, replant orcharda and citru~ groves, keep the non-timber land iree from foul and naxioue weetis, brvah and other undes~ruble growths, provide for atock selection, crop rotation, drainagQ, grevention of erosion snd pasture maintenance in accordance with good husbandry and the new approved meth~ds of agricultural drveio~ment; will not cut or remove or suffer cutting or removing ar.y trees or timber on the premieea (except for domeatte purpoeee) or remove turpentine or permit snp cupping for turpentine without Mortgugee'a written consent; (ii) wiU operste the timber Iands on the prer~ises in accordanee with sound practices of production, care, and harvestimg; (iii) will take thoae accepted forest sanitstion and control measures whi~h are reasonably necessary to protect ssid timber lands from disesse and insect infestatior.; (iv) will take ali mesaures which are reasonably neceesary to ptotect aaid timber lands from loss by fire, which measures ahail be ~t leaet equal to fire control practicea generally followed on timber producing groperty in the same general srea, includinR the adoption of suitabte prevention and control measur~a, the maintenance of roads in such manner as to permit access of rnobile £ire-fighiin~; equipment to all parte of the timber land~, the mainterance of fire lanes, pmper diapoasl of slash ard slshs and full co-operation w:th atate and federAl ngenciee on matter of fire preventi4n and control. That as often as forest, wilc~ fire or ot};er hazar~, including windstorm, damage the timber lands, Mortgagor rhnll deliver to liortgagee within ZO days after the happening of each such occucrence, a detailed statement in wri~ ing, specifying the number of scres damaged and an eetimate of the nature and extent of the resulting dnmage; Lhat, if in the opinion of Mortgagee, such measures or equipment are inadequate, the 3iortgagor will, upon written requeat oi the I~Iortgagee, adopt auch additional measuree and acquire and maintain ~uch addiLionai fir~fighting equipment ae the Mortgagee may require. 7.
