SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT s~~~ ~ t5
Kr~OW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS THAT:
WHEREAS, L~LUE GOOSE GROWERS, INC., a Delaware corporation,

hereinafter referred to as "Mortga~or", have heretofore entered
into an A~reement dated Jaiiuary 1, 196~-, and re~orded in
Official Records Book 91 , Page 397, Public Records of St. Lucze
County, FZorida; and
WHEREAS, tk?e hereinabave described Agreement ~rants unto B1ue
Goose a lien on the real groper~y described in Appendix "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereaf for aIl purposes; and
~ k'HEREAS, the hereinabove described Agreement provides among
other thin~s that there shall be no er.cumbrances, liens or other
c•laims : a~ainst the crops now growin~ or hereinafter growing on
the real prop~rty described in Appendxx "A"; and
WHEREAS, Mortga~ar has app2ied to The Mutual Life Insurance
Campany of New York, a New York corparation, hereinafter r~ferre~
to as r`O1vY, for a mortgage loan on the real propert}r described in
Appendix "A"~ in the original principal amount of 5 73,~G~.~~O
which mortga~e is dated ,~une i, 's9u5, and recorcied
under Clerk's I~da.:__ j3~.j1~-. Public Records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Florida, and
WHEREAS , MOrfY required that the lien of
its mort~age be a
first lisn an the real property described i.n Appendix "A" and
has requested B1ue Goose to subordinate the terms and provisions
of the A~re~ment hereinabove described, including specifi~cally
~ but not limite~ to those certain terms and provisions which,
resp?ctiveZy, therein prant a lieri on the real property ~escribed
