GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, whose
mailing address is P. O. Box 6, Fort Pi~rce, Florida, by and
through its Agent and Attorney, C. R. McDonald, Jr., hereby
gives notice that it has and intends ta hvld a lien against the
following lands lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

of S line of NE~ of N~~ of NE~, thence run E 20 feei, thence S
to R/W Edwsrds Road, thence W to paint of beginning, of Section
30, Township 35 SautYa, Range 40 East.
The nature of labor and serviees performed ~aas on a driveway,
on Edwards Road, St. Lucie Countv, Florida, which labor and service5
performed consisted of grading, furnishing and h~uling and finishing
4" limerock base on approximately 2,374 Sq. Yds. and Sand--9ea1
top~ing for a unit price of $1,55 per Sq. Yd., and aI1 other ~hings
so inci~dent to the preparation ef_ said driveway pursuant to the
contract with the awners, F. W. M., Inc., a corgora~ion, whose
mailing address is P. O. Box 1676, 5tuar~., Florida.
Th~ Lienor gerformed labor and services in the amount of
$4,140.10, of which the sum of $2,000.00 has been paid and ~he
~ Lien~r has anc~ intends to hold a La.en against the a~av~ described
progerty in the amount of $2,140.00.
The last labor and s~rvices per~ormed by the Liexor on said
driv~way was Saturday, April 17, 1965. .
