GORH?1M C~NSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, by
and through its Agent and Att~rney, C. R. McDana3d, Jr., here-
by gives notice that it has, claims and intends to ho1.d a lien
against the following lands lying in S±. Lucie County, Flarida, to-wit:
~locks 1,8,9,10 and 11, of the Allan h'ilson
Groves, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 50, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
The nature of labor and services perforr.ied was the clear--
ing, grubbing, grading, f~.].ing, levelling, pr~paration, trapezoidac
ditches, culverts, preparation of enteran~e and grove roads, bed~ing,
and pr~paration of cross furrow di~.ches, including the piling and
burning of trees, and all other things so incident to the preparation
of said land pursuar_t to the c~ntr~ct with Blue Goose Growers, Inc.,
a Delaware corporation.
Tne Lienor performed labor and services in the amount of
$201,1'73.32 of which the sum of $143,704.77 has been paid anci the
Lienar has, claims and intends ~o hold a Lien again~~ the abave
described property in the amount of $57,468,55.
itie last labar and services perforn:~d by the Lienor on said
land was Friday, June 11, 1965, at iahich time the Lienors services
were terminated at the request of Blue Goose Growers, Inc.
It is certified thaL copies of this Notice have been
