ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, made this !S day of July, 1965, (

between WARREN M. LONDUN and MA~tY !3. LOND~N, his wife, parties
of the first part, and NATHAN MARTIN, JR. and ELIZABETH TEAGUE
MARTIN, his wife, 331 Southland Drive, Fart Pierce, Florida, parties of
the second part,
WITIYESSETH, that if the said parties of the s~cvt~d part shall make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned or~ their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first p~rt hereby
covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the second
part, their heirs, executors, a~mir~istrator~ or a~signs, in f~e simple,
clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, by a good and sufficient deed, the
lots, pieces or parcels af lar~d, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Flox°ida known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lats 10, 11 and 12, Bloek 1, unrscorded plat of Uixie-
land 5ubdivision in the Southeast quarter of Section 27,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof
recorded. in Deed Book 152, at pages 401, 403 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the said party of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to
the said parties of the first part the suan af Nine Thousand Dollars ($9, 000. 00)
in the manner following:
The sum of Nine Hur.dred Dollars ($~00.00), in cash, upon
execution and delivery of this Agreement For Deed; and the
Qx ii~~~~~~`~~:f~ rernaining balance of Eight Thousand One Hundred Dollars
l~F ~n (~8, 100. 00) to be paid in monthly installments of #75.00
