BEFORE ;l~iE, the undersigned authority, personally appeared J.
R. McD1~3NIEL who, upon first being duiy sworn, did depose and say thaf
he has been a continuous residPnt of Fort Pierce, St, Lucie County,
Florida, gince 1936. Affiant further says that he is weli acquainted
with the above described real property which lies on the East side of
U. S. Highway ~I a short distance south of the south baundary of Fort
Pierce which land was continuously used as a flyin,g field under private
management fram 1935 to 1950, and that this affiant was in actual physical
possession of said flying field doin~ business under the name of McDaaae~
Flying Service under a lease from Ft. Pierc~ Airways, Inc. , from the
year 1941 to the year 1945.
There has beHn exhibited to fhis affiant an abstract of title to the
above described land in which there is exhibited an Order of Dismissal
dated Oc:tober 25, 19~3 in the case of United States of America, Petitioner
vs. St. Lucie Caunty Airport which appears to be abstracted from a certified
copy placed of record in Satisfacti~n of Mortgage Book 22, page 3$7, St.
Lucie County records, wY~~ich Order recites that a lease has been negotiat~d be--
