TOGCTHER w•ith all right, title and interest, if any, of the part}' of the first part in and to any stree~ts and
road~ abutting the abo~~e descrit~ed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER w•ith the appurtenances
' and all the estate and rights of the party oi the first part in and to ~id premises; TO HAVE AND TO
