to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 58, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This c~nveyance is expressly made subject to that certain Purchase
Money Mortgage dated t~e sixteenth day of July, 1955, in the sum
of Four Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars given by the
grantees herein to the grantor herein. 5aid mortgage i.s given to
5ecure debt representing balance of p~rchase price of real property
herein described. This deed is ma~de subject to a1.1 covenants,
r~s~rictions, easem~nts and Zimitations of record; also subject
to the lien and effect nf all taxes and/or municipal l~iens of every
nature levied or assessed against the aforesaid property for sub-
sequent years.
