d. R,eimburse Grantor for ca$t~ incurred for maintenance crewa doing imm~diate
repair and restoration work on the Farkway during construction of the com- -
munications system:
e. ~'urniah traffic controt flagmen, warning signs, liares, blinker lights and other
safety devices required by either Grantar or Graratee during constxuction or
maintenance work.
f. Reimburse Grantor for all coats incurred in furniahing Police Officere assigned
to traffic control duty during construction of the eommunir.~tions syetem.
g. Abide by 811 reasonable reguLations for traffic control as promulgated Ly ~he
` Turnpike Police.

h. R.elease an~ hoid harmless the Grantar for any datnage to telephvne lines or
~ cables, water, ~electxic, sewer, or drainage lines or pipe lines which may be en-
countered or crossed during construction ar maintpnance of said communirs-
tions sys~m.

i. Reimburse Grantor for all costs incurred far one inapecta'r on the job during
construction.
j. Pay talls for the entrance and exit af all ec7uipment and vehicles of Grantee
n and its contractors at the prevailing rates.

6. Grantee assumes full responsibility for all injuries to, ar death o#, any per-
sons and for damages to property and for all claims, losses or expensea which may in
any way arise aut of constructi~n, maintenance, relocation, change, eaCiBtenCe, use or
removal of said communications ayatem i~ caused by negligence of Grantee, its ern-
~ ployeea, agents or contractora, and Grant~ee ahall indemnify and save Grantor harm-
leas frnm all ctaims, Iosses, expenses ar suits for such injuries, death or damages and
from all liens, losses, expensesr or claima +nf any $ort, including losa of revenue, whieh
m$y arise out of or by reasvn af the exercise of the rights granted herein and shall de-
fend an behalf of Grantar any $uit brought ~gainst Grantor for anp such daraage, in-
jury or death.
6. It is understood and agreed that the righta and privilegea herein aet out are
granted only to the extent of the right, titte and interest of the Grantor in the land to
