WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zona.ng Commis- ,

sion, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was pub-
~
lished at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all
property owners within 300 feet were no~ified by mail of said hear-
ing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St.
~
Lucie County that the hereinafter described request for a change
in zoning classification be denied; and ;

WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said request on the 25th day of May, 19b5 after first ~
publishing a notice of said hearing in The N~ws Tribune on the -
7th day of May, 1965, said date being at least fifteen (15) days
prior to the date of said hearing, and ~

WHEREAS, said request was again considered by the Board a~
its meetings on June 8, June 15, June 22, JuJ.y 13 and July 20, 1965.
NOWI THEREFOREr B~ IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- -
sian~rs of 5t. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 20th day af
July, 1965, as follows: ~
That the zoning of the following described progerty, to-wit:
Lots 3, 4, 5, 14, 15 and 16, Block 1,
CROSS TRAIL SUBDIVISION, as recorded in
Plat Book 7, page 39, public record~ of
St. Lucie County, Florida
requested to be changed from R-1C to B-2 be, and the same is hereby
DENIED.
