WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoni.ng Commis- °
sion, after holding a public hearing of which due noti,ce was pub-
lished at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all ;
property ~wners within 300 feet were notified by mail af said hear-
ing, has recamn?ended to th~ Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County tha~ the hereinafter describe~ requests for a change
in zoning classifications be granted; and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendations on Julp 20,~1965, after first pub-
lishing notice of said hearinq in The News Tribune on thE 2nd day ,
of July, 1965, said date beanq at leas~ fifteen (15) days prior to
the date of said hearing: _
NOWI THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED by the Board ot Commissioners
of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 20th day of July,
1965, that the aoning of the following described property, to-wit:
E'~ of NE~ of NW'~ less tract 110 feet x 210
feet in SW corner and less tract 150 feet x
100 feet in the SE corner and less Edwards
Road right-of-way, 5ection 29, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby changed frnm R-1C (residential) to A-1
(agricultura).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie
County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to
be made on the official zoning map o£ 5~. Lucie County as set out
above and to make notation th~reof of reference to the date of
~ adoption of this Resolution.
