Trust, being a txvst created by that certain instrument execvted
by C. Frank Raulerson~ joined b~ his wife, Annie Louise Raulerson,
dated September 15~ 1944, and recorded in Deed Book 120 at page 204
et seq. of the publ3c records of St. Lucie County, Florida, parties
af the first part, and JO ANN RAULERSON SLOAN, formerly JO ANN
RAULERSON, ~whose post affice address is 1033 orange Avenue, Fort
P~.erce, Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, in addition to the property initially entrus~ed by
the above mentioned declaration of trusts, the parties of the -
first part as trustees a~oresaid received in trust the residuary
estates of bath the said C. Frank Raulerson and Arxnie Louise
Raul~rson, the grandparents of party of the second part and who
died testat~ while residen~s of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said party vf the second part reached the age of
