equipment and appliances contained in the

located upon the above described lands, and
a11 other personal property of whatscever kind
located upon said lands, excepting that
belonging to the employees and tenants living
or doing business thereon; AND, Ai~50, all
motor vehicle and farm liability, Workmen's J
Compensation, fire, theft and other insurance.
