real, pers~onal and mixed property unto the said party of the second
p~rt, her heirs and assigns, to her nse, benef~t and behoof ;
forever, SIIHJECT, HOW~VER, to all taxes to be assessed and levied
thereon ~ar 1965, and also subject to,all outstanding obligaticns ;
incurred by parties of the first part in and about the aperatian
of the aforesaid trust and its cattle ranch business or otherwise,
including but not limited to, current wages for labor employed, t
uti.lity bills, accounts payab2e, and Federal income, withholding

and Social Security taxes now awing or hereafter to be assessed,

all of which taxes and abligations the said party of the second
part hereby expressly assumes and agrees to pay, and all of which
contracts and lease agreernents the said garty of second part hereby
expressly agrees to observe, perform, cvmply with and abide by. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties vf the first part in
their capacity as original and subs titutes Trustees of the Jo Ann
