7 SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
' KNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PRSSENTS: That we, MARJORIE K. PI:yWATY
and HENRY DAVID H~LUC~l, her son, and MARJORIE B. LEFMAN, her daugh-
ter, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, the owners ~
and holders by Assignment of a certain Mortgage Deed ~xecuted by
HAROLD L. XEATON and !~lA,RY 8. KEATON, his wife to WESTWOODL MANOR,
INC. bearing date the 30th day of April, A. D. 1962, recorded in
Official Record Book 3"7, Page 131, in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State o£ Florida, securing
a certain note in the principal sum of ($3,600.00~ THIRTY-SIX
HUNDR~7 DOLLARS, and certain premises and obligations set farth
in-said Mortgage Deed, upon the property situatQ in said State
and County described as follows, ta-wit:
The property more particularly described in the above-men-
tioned mortgage.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and here-
by directs the C1erk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same
of record.
