THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this~_day
of March, 1965, between LEAH WATERS SILVER, as Executrix of the
Estat~e of Clarice C. Waters, a,/~c/a Clarice C. Rosenwasser, de--
ceased, late of St~ . Lucie County, Florida, as party of the first
part, and MIRIAM R. JEFFREY, 711 Quincy Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as party of the secand part:
WITNESSETH:
That whereas the said Leah Waters Silver is the duly
appointed, qualified, and acting Executrix of the Estate of
Clarice C. Waters, a/k/a Clarice ~C. Rosenwasser, deceased~ who
died testate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and while a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 15th day of May, 1964, and,
Wf~REAS, the said party of the first part deems it ex-
pedient and necessary and for the best interest of the estate
that the property of the estate hereinafter described be con-
veyed,
NOW, TF~REE~RE, in consideration of the ~oregoing and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations in hand paid at and before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the party of the first part has 5old and conveyed,
~ and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, all of
- tnat land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
aescribed as foliows:

~ BEACH SUBDIVISION, St. Lucie County, Florida;

Parcel #2: The North half of Lots 3 and 4,
Block 1, all of Lot 5, Block 1, and the North •

GITY ESTATES, St. Lucie County, Florida.
