TOGETHER WITH sprinkler systern, underground pipes, pumping stations, conduits
and other personal property used in connection with said sprinkter systern; see

TOGETHER WITH an undivided 1/ 12th interest in and to the pumping st~tion and
water contral system, drainage and irrigation pump house, dikes, drainage
canals lying along the 4enter line of Sections 7 and 18 and all other installations avail-
able on the above land as particu~arly set forth in Official Record Book 11, page 344,
St. Lucie County Records, and the Grantee hereby agrees to assume, upon the re-
cording of this Deed, all righl:s and liabilities under said Agreement for his
proportionate share of sa.id ownership therein;
TOGETHER WITH an easement over t~ie North 25 feet af the Northwest one-
quarter of Section 18, and together with an easement over the North 25 feet of
the So~th 1, 345 feet a~ Section 7, Township 3b South, Range 38 East. The purpose
of these easements is for a 50-foot dike ditch and canal right-of-way for irrigation
and drainage purposes, being 25 feet either side of the North line of the property
and a similar easement of 50 feet, being 25 feet either side of the South lin~ of
the property being purchased, b~th being for comrnon drainage, irrigation and
• water conservation purpases for the above described propexty as well as the
properties adjoining to the North and to the South of the above described property;
SUBJECT TO all easements, restrictzons, reservations, dedications and rights-
of-way of record, and further subject t~ an easemen,t for road, canal and dike
right-of-way over the East 35 feet of the above described property to all the
property holders in the South half of Section ? and all of Section 18 as s~:own in
the easement recorded in Official Record Book 11, page 344, St. Lucie C~unty
Public Records, for roads, dikes, water control system and drainage; and
SUBJECT TO an easement aver the South 25 feet of the Southwest one-quarter
of Section 7, Towr_ship 36 South, Range 38 East, and subject to a similar ease-
ment over the North 25 feet of the South 1, 320 feet of the Southwest one-quarter
of Sec~ion 7, Township 35 South, Range 3$ East, all of which being reserved fc~r
drainage and ixrigation purposes which said easement has been conveyed to the
adjaining praperty owners on the iVorth and Sautki of the above described property.
