2. Ta demand, sue for, and receive all debts, maneys, securities
for money, goods, chattels, legacies, or other personal pro~erty
. to which I am now or may hereafter become entitled, or which are
now or may become due, owing, or payable ta me troa~n any gersan or
persons whomsaever, and in my name to gxve effectual receipts
and discharges for the same, and to pay all obligations hereinbefore
or h~reinafter incurred on my behalf.
3. To sign atzd recei~t for moneys due or to become due ta
me by ~he ~ollowing hospital insurance companie~, to-wi~: White
Cxass and Blue Cross.
~ 4. Upon receipt of any bill of exchange, check, or Grder,
' or of any promissory note or other negc~ta.able paper, payable to
me, ta indarse or negotiate the same in rny name, and the proceeds
~o receive and apply for my use for the purp~ses aforesaid, or
for such purposes as I shall direct; and also in my name ~o accept
any draft or bill Qf exchange which may b~ drawn upon me in
