5. To sell all or any gart of such goods, wares, merchandise,
and stack in trade as now cr at any time hereafter I may have and
possess at Fort Pierce, Florida, upon sach terms, and in such
amounts, and at such times, as my said attorney may deem best;
my said attorney keeping full and accurate accounts of the gaods
now on h and, and of such asshe may hexeafter receive, and of all
sales thereof; giving unto my said attorney full power to make
sales by herself or by h~r agents and servants, and generally to
do all lawful acts as fully as I myself might do if I were, personally
present, including my Rambler autamobile, Identification No.
0609321~ Title No. 823053, and furniture that I have in my apartment
in Fort Fierce, ~'lorida,
6. To buy, se11, mortgage, exc2?ange, satisfy, and in anywise
legally dispose of, any and all properties belonging ~o me,
wherever lccated, including my note and mortgage from ARTHUR C.
DeYO and DOROTHY DeYO, his wi~e, in the principal sum of Ten
Thousand Dollars ~$10,000.00), recorded in Official Record Book
82, at page 267-268, in the public reeords o~ St. Lucie County,
Florida.
7. To ~ollect, receipt for, and sue for any distributive
sharet legacy, bequest, or claim of any kind, nature or description,
which I may h ave against or may now or at any future date be
entitled to from the Estate of Rab~rt L. Megee, deceased.
8. To draw and indorse any check or checks, promissory note

~ or notes, on any bank in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, in
whiah I may have an account, and especially in the St. Lucie County
Bank of said city, and to do any and all matters and things
eonnected with my account in St. LuciP County Bank or any other
bank in said city, which Y myself might or could do, in relation
