box in said St. Lucie County Bank.
9. To selZ, assign, or transfer unto any person or persons
whatever, and for such price as my said attorney shall think fit,
my 100 shares of General Motoxs Corpo~ation Stock, Certificate No.
J159-469, 47 shares of GeneraZ Motors Corporation Stock,
Certificate No. U737-817, 100 shares of E. I. DuPont de Nemours
& Co. Stock, Certificate No. WN105-978, and 8 shares of E. I.
` DuPont de Nemours & Ca. Stock, Certificate No. W0672-62C~, and
also for me and in my name, place and stead, to ma]~e and pass
all necessary ac~s of assignment, and to receive and give receipts
for the consideration money arising fram the sale thereof; and
al.so for me and in my name, place and stead, to receive and give
receipts for all interest and dividends naw due, or ~hat shall
become due on the stock as aforesaid, until the sale and transfer
thereof .
10. Granting and giving unto said attorney in fact full
authority and power to do and perform any and all other acts
necessary or incident to the performance and execution of the
powers her~in expressly granted, with power to do and perform
all acts authorized hereby, as fully to intents and purposes as
the grantor might or could do if personally present, with full
~ower of subs~titution.
11. The foregoing enumera~ion of speci~ic ~aowers does not,
anci shall not, in any way control, limit or diminish the general
powers hereiri granted, or which should have_been granted in order
to carry out the purposes hereinbefore expressed.
