~ GOFtHAM CONSTRIICTION COMPANY, a Florida carporation, by aad
thrnugh its Agent and Attorney, C. R. McDonald, Jr., hereby gives
nntice that ~t has, claim$ and intends to hold a lien against the
following lands lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-~wit:
• Blocke 3, 4 a,nd 7 of the AI~AN WILSUN GROY~, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page 5a,
of the public records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida.
The nature of labor snd service~ performed was the clearing,
grubbing, grading, fill~.ng, leveling, preparation, trapezoidac
ditches, culvert$, preparation of entrance and grove roads, bedding,
and preparation of cro~s furrow ditches, inoluding the piling and
~ burning of trees, and all o~her th~r~s $o incident to ~the prepara-
tion of said land pursuant to the contract with Blue Goose Growers,
Inc., a Delaware corporation.
- TY~e Lienor performed labor and eerv~ces in the amount of
~155,455.59 af whieh the sum of ~91,865.51 has been paid and the
Zienor has, claims and intends to hold ~ lien a~ainst the above
described property in the amount of ~63,590.08.
The last labor and servi~..ces performed by the Lienar on said
land was Wednesday, June 2, 1965, at which time the I,ienor's ser-
vices were terminated at the request of Blue Goo~e Grower~, Inc.
