this parcel ~ies directly East of Block and directly West of
Blocksl~ and 3 and is deseribed as the E~ of Section 30 of Township
37 Sou~h and Range 47 East and is owned 3n fee simple by Robsrt
nadenhap Corporation, a. New York Corporation, with its office being
at 21 West Street, New Yor~ 6, New York, and this parcel of land
was referred to in the contract herein described as B~c~ck 2, of
ALAN i~II,SON GRpVE, whereas in fact there is no Block 2 nn the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at page 50 of the public records
~ of St. I,ucie ~ounty, ~'lorida, and the Block 2 on the contraet wa,der
which this lien ar~,ses is in fact the property described in this
paragraph as bei.ng owned by the Badenhap Corporation.
