WARRANTY DEED
THI5 WARRANTY DEED made and executed the f day of
July, A. D. 1965, by'TREESWEET PRODUCTS CO., a corporation existing
under the laws of the State of California, qualified to do business in the
State of Florida, with a place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, herein-
after called the grantor, to BERNARD A. EGAN, whose postoffice address is
Bernardsville Road, Mendhan~, New Jersey, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of ~10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
