WARRANTY DEED

TH.LS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of , k
A. D. 1965, by BERI~ARD A. EGAN, joined by his wi e, HELEN C. EGAN,
hereinafter called the grantors, to EAST COAST PACKERS, INC. , a
Florida carporation, whase post office address is P. O. Box 1059, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of ~10.00 and other valuable consideratioas, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby gra;.t, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
PARCEL ONE
From the Southwest corner of Section 34, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, run Northerly along the Section
line 668. 50 feet, thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes
East a distance of 347 feet to the East right of way lin~
of State Road #605 (Old Dixie Highway); thence North •
22 degrees 51 minutes West along said East right of
way line a distance of 319 feet for the point of beginning;
thence continue North 22 degrees 51 minutes West along
said East right af way line a distance of 552 feet ta the
line dividing Sections 33 and 34; thence North 20 degrees
28 minutes West along said East right of way line of the
Old Dixie Highway a distance of 24$ fee#; thence North
69 degrees 32 minutes East a distance of 90. 8 feet to the
West right of way line of ~he Florida East Caas# Railway;
thence Southeasterly along said West right of way lin~ a
distance of 796, 4 feet; thence South 67 degrees 09 minutes
West a distance of 68 feet to the point of beginning; said
land lying and being in Sectinns 33 and 34 of said Town-
ship and Range.
LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom the approximate South 2
feet thereof; more particularly described as beginning
at the Sauthwest corner of the above described land, run
