Purchaser has purchased the foregoing goods, wares, and merchandise

DOLL S in cash, and the balance at the rate of $2~.~9 DOLLARS per
7ne~,, which property purchaser agrees to keep at 105B Ave. D. Street

and not remove or incumber the same without the written consent of said
Vendor.
That if Purchase r sha11 fail to promntly make payments as provided
to be made by this Contract or remove or attempt to remove, or incumber or
attempL to incumber, said property the entire unpaid balance of this Cnn-
tract shall immediately mature and became payable at the option of Halsey
& Griffith, Ine... That, if the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall place
this Contract in the hands of an attorney for collection Purchaser agrees
to pay all costs and expenses of such collection, including a reasonable
attorney~s fee.
The title to the said above described property shall remain in the
said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price
shall have been paid.
Purchaser agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purcnase any goods
from the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. before the above described goods
are paid for in full, that the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. may apply any
subsequent payments that Purchaser may hereafter make or~ar~~unt of the
said subseo,uentl.y purchased goods, until they are fully pa:i~ for before
allowingflzrther credit on this account. '
In the event that the property described in this Cantract is injured
or destroyed by fire, or otherwise, the loss shall fall upon the purcraser
and not upon the said Halsey & Griffi~h, Inc, and ~he debt under this Con-
tract shall not be in wise affected or destroyed ~hereby.
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after de-
fault in any payment of any installment of the purchase price of the proper-
ty described herein for a period of five (5) days, by its servants and
agents, to enter upon the premises where said property is located and take
possession of the same, without 1ega1. process, and all payments made,up to
the time of such default shall be considered ar~d applied as rent;f~~ ~bg
use of the property,and its depreciation in value.
The Accomodation Charge will be Cancelled if paid by Oet ~I. ~
