deceased, her mother, and that she as such, executed the Will and
in the said execution ~t evolved that Myer E. Kahn was devised
the home af Hannah Ka~n, deceased, which was referred to as "my
home in Florida" and that the description of the said property
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida is Lot 3,
Bloctc "C", MARAVILLA ESTATES according to the plat thereof recorde
in Plat Book 8, page 77 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

are the same.
