ASSIGNMEt~T OF RENT
I~OW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS~ That We, DAVID G~ WI~I,BUR and
BERNICE B. WILLBUR, his wife, and LEVERE MONTGOMERY and BETTY ANN
MONTGOMERY, his wife, the Lessars in that certain Lease hereinafter
described, for and in considerat~on of the sum of Ten Dollass ($10.00)
to them in hand paid by ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, the receipt whereof
' is hereby acknowledged, and for ather valuable conside=ations, maving
from the said St. Lucie County Bank o~ Fort Pierce, St, Lucie County,
Florida, hereby assign to the said ST. LUCYE COUNTY HANK all rents
due and to become due under that Lease made on ~he 25th day of May,
1965, between David G. Willbur and Bernice B. Willbur, his wif~, and
LeVere Montgomery and Betty Ann Montgomery, his wife~ the Lessors
therein, and Thurow Electronics, Inc., whose address is 121 South
Water Street, Tampa, Florida, the Lessee therein, wherein the said
David_.G. Willbur and Bernice B, W~1Zbur, his wife, and LeVere
Montgomer~ and Betty Ann Montgomery, his wife, as Lessors, leased to
the said Thurow Electronics, Inc., the Lessee, ~or the term af five
years next ensuing from Septernber 15, 1965, at a monthly rental of
Fotar Hundred Dollars ($~00.00) per month, payable in advance,
beginning on the ~irst day the premises shall be delivered to the
Lessee, and thereafter on the first busi.ness day of each month during
the balance of said term.
The said L~ase cavers a one-story, no basement, masonzy store-
room, measuring apprc~cimately forty feet by seventy-five feet, con-
taining a total of approximately three thousan3 square feet, located
as shown on Exhibit "B", in Ft. Pierce, Florida, together with the

and trailer at the rear of the demised premises, being Iocated on
Lot 5, less the West ~0 feet thereof, af Block 1 of Baker's Re-
Subdivision, as per pla~ thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Fage 32,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flo=ida, ].ess the North
15 feet of said lvt heretofore conveyed to the State of Florida for
road and highway and public purposes.
