FOR VALUE RECENED, the underaigned promisea to pay to
ALBER'T W. MAXWELL, or arder, the principal aum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS, with interest from date at the rate
of 6;6 per annum on the unpaid principal bala~t~ce until paid. The said
principal and interest shall be payable at the residence of Albert W. ~
Maxwell which ig 2217 W.Someraet Street,Philadelghia 32,Pennsylvania,
or at such other place as the holder ma designate in,writing, in the
following manner: 3 annual payments of ~5100.00 plue interest, commenc- ;
ing on the 28th day of July, 1966 and continuing each and every year
vl;~rea~~er until the entire indebtedness is paid in full. The under-
signed ie given the privilege of pre-paying thia note in full or in
par~ at any time without penalty.
IF DEFAULT HE MADE in the payment of any installmenti under
this note, and if su~h default is not ma~de good within 30 days from
due c~ate, the entire principal swn and accrued interest ehall at once
- become due and payable without notice at the option of the holder of
this note. Failure to exercise this option shall not con~titute a
waiver of the right to exerci~e the same in the event of an3~ subsequent
default. In the event of default in the payment of thia note, if the
