that portion of the tract of land by Munsco Mills, Inc. , conveyed to Ft.
Pierces Junior Chamber af Commerce which is re~orded in Deed Book
214 at page I22 of the public records of St. Lucie Cou;~ty, Florida, which
lies west of a line parallel with and 115 feet westerly of the west right of
way line of U. S. Highway Nv. 1; but by reason vf the existence of a sketch
of survey containing an erroneous dimenaion af 45~: 95 feet in lieu af
490. 72 feet, which sketch of survey appears of record in Deed Book 214,
page 123, the land described in the conveyance to first party erroneously
encroached upon the adjaceat ownesship to the north a distance of 31. 77
feet a8 measured aloag a li~e paraltel with the w~st right of way li~e of
` said U. S. Highway No. I; and
