party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and vuit-claim unto the said second party forever, ~11 the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to
the following described lot, piece ar parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
A strip of land 31. ?7 feet in width, as measured along
U. S. Highway No. 1, situate in Government Lot 2 of
Section 3, Town~hip 35 South, Range 40 Eaet, lying be-
tween the westerly right c~f way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1 and the ceaterline of the now abandoned State
Road l~o. 4 as described in Deed Book 73, page 230,
public recorcis of said county, the south line of said
strip begins at a point on the westerly ri$ht af way lin~
of tT. S. Highway No. 1, 490. 72 feet south of the north
line of Government Lot 2(as measured along said right
of way line), and 350 feet north of the point of intersection
of said west right of w~y line with the east right of vt~ay
tine of Old (now abandoaed) State Road No. also az~
mea~sured along the westerly right of way tine of U. S.
Highway No. 1; the said line from its point of beginning,
aforesaid, runs sonthwesterly at right angles with the
west right af way line of U. S. Highway No. 1.
- This quit claim deed was made necessary by rea~on of an
} erroneous aketch of eurvey ~vhich appears of record it~ Deed Book
21~, at ~age 12's, which purport~ to reflect the northeast corner
of tbe taad of grantor to be si~uate 458. 95 feet souEh of the north
ltne of said Goverament Lot 2, as rneaeured along tbe weat right
of way line of tT. S. Hi~way No. 1, wh~en ia truth and ia fact the
northeast corner of the lahd of the grantor ties 494. ?2 feet south
of khe north liae of said Gover~ziaer~t Lot 2 ve~hen mearsured along
$aid right of way ifne.
